This month Women in IoT is excited to collaborate with Women in AI for our August Meetup in Taipei, Taiwan. We are honored to have Emma Yang from Women in AI leading one of our keynote segments. Emma is not only an aware-winning leader of two major AI companies, but also currently a lecturer at Shih Hsin and Ming Chuan University. Emma will be explaining what is AIoT and what you should pay attention to when collecting data for IoT devices to successfully collect effective data for subsequent processing and establishment of analysis models. In addition, we will be continuing our discussion on pay equality. As an employer, Emma will be sharing her unique salary negotiation skills.

SPEAKERS
Emma Yang
Emma Yang is one of the initiators of Women in AI Taiwan and the representative of female power heroes in Taiwan's data circle. With the data in the left hand and the model in the right hand, she walks between innovative big data applications and traditional market research. She is good at using data to solve marketing and management problems faced by enterprises. Emma is currently the general manager of Junhong Data Development Co., Ltd. and Diantong Co., Ltd., and a supervisor of the Taiwan Artificial Intelligence Application Development Association. She has won numerous corporate innovation awards and is a concurrent lecturer at Shih Hsin University and Ming Chuan University.
Theresa Liang
Theresa Liang graduated from the Department of Foreign Languages ββat National Taiwan University and the Institute of Science, Technology and Cultural Communication at Georgetown University. Served as an interpreter, anonymous columnist, brand authorization agent and execution experience in multiple technology industry exhibitions in Washington DC Double Oak Park. She is familiar with brand building and marketing operations, and loves handling activities and solving problems. The current curator of InnoVEX of the COMPUTEX team and the mother of a two-year-old girl.
Mandy Chung
Mandy Chung is the founder of Women in IoT and has more than ten years of professional experience in the global consumer electronics and IoT industries. After helping more than 500 IoT startups in Europe and the United States, she was inspired by her career in the global startup ecosystem and founded Women in IoT. It aims to encourage more women in the workplace to speak out in the field of IoT through activities and mentorship programs, and provide communities that support women's entrepreneurship, connection and mutual promotion.
